They made sure that all the information necessary was gathered so the problem could be properly diagnosed and corrected. They have serviced all my boat, motors, and lower units with a level of expertise not often found elsewhere. I simply cannot say enough good about the whole staff, from the mechanics, Dan in service and the rest of those working in that area, Linda, up front taking the money.....LOL. Their repairs are done right the first time and I've never left their premises feeling I had been overcharged for anything. My boat buying experience with them back in 1994 was also great. The parts available were ordered and even though I expected 3-4 weeks for delivery I had my parts in about 2. They did a very good job and I'm quite happy with the staff of the parts department and have recommended them several time in recent months."
