• All boats retail sold between 12/15/09 and 3/15/10 (based on date of sale not date of delivery).
• Customer must take delivery and payment completed by 3/31/2010.
• All rebate claims and paperwork must be received by 4/15/2010 (no exceptions).
• Rebate paid direct to consumer ONLY. Rebate may not be assigned to Dealer.
• All rebates will be processed and paid within 30 days of receipt.
• Boats must be purchased with a new Mercury, Honda, Yamaha, Evinrude or Suzuki outboard. SOLD WITH AVALON-TAHOE PACKAGE.
• Claim form must be accompanied and signed by consumer along with the Bill of Sale and copy of Boat and Motor Registration Cards.
• All claims will be audited and offers made to consumers in error, sold before or after dates indicated or received before or after promotional deadlines will be declined.
